To receive it, to live it, to have it, TO SHARE IT.
I'm so grateful for being present these days.
To with my family, friends and knowing new people.
People that I can relate to and are part of the same community I'm in. It's so good to be in my community 🏳️🌈. To be around people who sees love borderless the way I see. It's so comforting and soothing.
I love presents. But I love even more to be able to be present 💝. That's the most exciting of presents.
I'm so grateful for all the presents from the past days. Being present for the people I love and care so - including myself - is the biggest present I can give myself.

I hope this week you show more love acts towards yourself, specialty your health. Be kind with you this week. Don't let anxiety with or superfluous desires. Try to focus on the long run goals. You're on your PMS and you tend to use this as an excuse to validate your cravings, which are - and you know that - sabotaging thoughts.
Be strong Tatá. Put yourself first. You deserve it, you're worth it and you know it.
