Do I still gain life if I cast Fumigate on a board with Rampaging Ferocidon?
Yes.
When resolving a spell or ability, you follow its instructions in the order they’re printed. For Fumigate this means that you first destroy all creatures and then gain life. Rampaging Ferocidon is no longer on the battlefield when you would gain life, so there’s nothing stopping you from gaining that life anymore.

Tacos or burritos?
I live in Texas. This is literally an impossible choice. Like I have had both of these within the last week. A burrito’s just a bigger taco anyway.
Pancakes or waffles?
Generally speaking I’d say waffles, as they are, after all, pancakes with syrup traps. Buuuut here in Austin we have some places that do AMAZING pancakes. Lookin’ at you Kerbey Lane.
Can I activate Reconnaissance on a creature that has already dealt damage, but before the end of the combat phase so it is still considered as "attacking"?
Correct.
This card is super broken.
Is the material Darksteel exclusive to Mirrodin, or could it show up on other planes (like Kaladesh)?
Indestructible materials aren't off limits, but I think darksteel is a Mirrodin thing.
Can you remind us what the levels of REL are?
Regular REL is for events ranging from casual drafts to prereleases to FNM to game day. Regular REL events don’t require a judge and are focused on fun and community and education for the most part. There are no harsh penalties at this rules enforcement level, but certain behaviours are always unacceptable and you can be removed from an event for doing them.
Competitive REL is for events like PPTQs, SCG IQs, and similar events all the way up to the Saturday or a Grand Prix. Competitive REL events require judges and feature bigger prizes and qualification to exclusive events. Rules enforcement at these events is stricter, with a greater focus on correct play and clear communication between players. Competitive REL features a full range of penalties up to and including disqualification.
Professional REL is used at the Pro Tour and on later days of other premier events like Grand Prix Sundays and the World Championships. There are only a few differences between Professional REL and Competitive REL, and they keep getting smaller every year. Just act as you’re expected to act at Competitive REL and you’ll be fine.
