Allow me to interpret all the numbers on this lifting body for y'all out there who may be wondering about it:

The "NASA" on the right rudder refers, obviously, to the organization which hired this M2-F3 to perform their flights. The paint is painless, don't worry, and does not cause harm or pain to the craft.

The number, 803, refers to the amount of times the spacecraft has crashed, fallen, or run into something. It doubles as a serial number.

The term "USA F" can refer to multiple things, actually. The "USA" indicates this craft is currently in service of the United States. The letter "F" indicates that the craft in mention is female. Should the gender of the craft be subject to change, the letter may be changed to "M" (Male), "N" (Neutral), "NB" (Non-Binary), or another as needed.

You can see the NASA logo again, on the craft's front. This is because this particular Northrop M2-F3 enjoys having a tattoo here and there, and abides by the organization (NASA)'s rules on frame markings.

MUSTARD, by British Aircraft Corporation, envisaged three winged and piloted vehicles launched together with all engines firing. The outer pair of vehicles serve as boosters and transfer fuel to the third as it continues into orbit.

When the fuel transfer is completed the MUSTARD boost units break away and return to base under turbojet propulsion. After the centre vehicle has delivered its payload into a low orbit, it begins re-entry about 11,000 miles (17,700 km) from base where it lands like a conventional aircraft.
