Dealing with depression...

No one really follows me so these words may float out into the void but it helps to shout into that void one and a while. I’ve been caring for my mother lately and she’s been mentally ill my whole life so you would think I would be use to it by now but you never get comfortable with the roller coaster of emotions that follow a diagnosed bipolar manic depressive.

Being a Swiftie and surrounding myself with the sunshine love of the fandom has helped me from being dragged to far into the darkness. I’ve written songs and poems, never shared them tho. maybe some day I will but for now all I want to say is thank you. Every like, note, comment, question, communication of any kind makes a difference… There is no such thing as a small impact when it comes to sharing positive energy , so keep on sharing Swifties ❤️
