wasnt really happy with my lifts today. my gluteus was hurting like a motherfucker and no amount of stretching or rolling out would get it to stop pinching on my squat so i did low weight and only three reps. It was also bothering me on my barbell rows so i kinda rushed those. im happy with my bench though, probably gonna increase my weight on that wednesday.
