Ok so I keep forgetting to post this but. the second record i painted when I painted this one. I could not NOT do it, y'know? Tell me this was not meant to be. I'll wait. /silly
Anyway. I low-key wanna paint Heatwave on the other side. We shall see if I ever get around to that- there is a high probability I might not djakfbahaha

I don’t give my other fandom ocs enough love most of the time so I recently did show one love!
Shizuka Hisasue! Wielding her nichirin blades against the enemy. Her katana was made for her once she became a demon slayer. The tanto was crafted from one of the broken pieces of Kyoujurou’s nichirin blade after the Infinity Train incident.
I got this lovely commission from @lightofthedeep! Light was an absolute delight to work with. She kept me a part of the creation process the whole time with questions and a few updates that I asked for when making my initial request. She really did my oc justice! Thank you so much for your time and work, Light!
I love the little gleam at the tip of the tanto. I love the bright, warm color of that blade standing in contrast to the cool, darker colors that make up the rest of Shizuka's design. The soft flow of her haori and her hair contrasted against the sharpness of her eyes and the jagged design of her katana. Her expression, full of determination and strength but also the slightest hint of fear. Everything comes together so beautifully!
