I'm bored and making a jackpot crash course OC so I decided to make like a guide to maybe help people with making their own !! It's mainly the titles but yk
The first thing you need to do is decide on the character's title !! The JCC characters have a tendency to revolve their personalities, designs and crimes around their title, so it's pretty important !!!!
With the titles, half of the ones in the game use alliteration and half of them don't. I noticed that the ones without alliteration tend to reflect their personality more than those with alliteration. For example, Tongue-Tied Enigma fits Maneki more than Deadly Dreamboat fits Bones, Paranoid Cosmetologist fits Vega more than Brutal Bull fits Eddie, etc
Next is to decide their crime. This can come from both personality and their titles. Cobyn, the Creative Gardener, hid bodies in his garden, which influenced his title. Arguably, Benny's also influenced his title as the Risky Runaway, since he was caught speeding. Then there's characters like Rook, whose crime has nothing to do with her title
Next is to decide on their personality. Again, this can come from the title. Elise acts eccentric and a bit crazy, which fits his title as the Nonsensical Jokester. I've mentioned Vega's title, and it fits her because she's constantly assuming the worst of people and believing that everyone is out to get them. For example with my OC Nat, the Detached Dancer, I decided to make her show very little emotion, to fit the "detached" part of her title
Next up is their name. You can kinda just do whatever here. Most of them fit the overall vibe, like Maneki and Bones, but yeah. Just go crazy here
Finally is something honestly very minor. Every JCC character has an animal associated with them, which can reflect their personalities or designs. Mine for Nat is a snake, which is reflected with the tails of her bow !!
