Rocky was reading over the events for the week leading up to the awards show. She had a bright smile on her face as she was excited for all of it. She felt like she was back in her element. “Oh this is my kind of event. I’m ready to party! And I really want to do the panel. But you know I’m really looking forward to brunch. Will it be tacky if I’m standing at the doors first?”

“I’m speaking at the gala and talking about my show at the panel, and I love to talk but my favorite part of this thing so far? Twerk competition at the music festival. Lizzo know she could have let me win that she didn’t have to come out and destroy me up there! I am trying to be fun Alexa this week, how am I doing so far?” she wondered. Normally she’d be trying to capitalize on the gathering, talk about peace and justice, but she decided to save it for the gala and panels and just let loose during everything else.

“What? I am running the gift lounge. So what if I keep my own secret stash of goodies? Host perks,” Kenzi shrugged, when someone questioned why they weren’t allowed to have the last tiffany’s bracelet.

Luna had the camera on it’s tripod, standing on the x as she was playing around with it. She had the fan going and a remote in her hand to snap the photos as she stood in front of it doing test shots. She has lost track of time as she took shot after shot at different angles of herself the rare time she actually is in front of the camera. She turned slightly and saw someone there. “Oh...sorry are you here for your portrait or just to visit me? I’m just messing around testing the lighting.”

“So let me get this straight...all this stuff is free? Free free? Is there a limit one per person, or can I go ham and get my mama some stuff too? I love her but if it’s one per person I might have to catch her on the flip side. They giving out whole ass iPads. And Tom Ford cologne. Shit...dad might get missed too. Unless you want to donate to the Antonio Garcea Jr parent gifting fund?”

“There has to be a way for this to get bloody easier,” Talia muttered, chest heaving as feeling returned to her limbs. Glancing back down at her body, she waited as full mobility and sensation settled. “Damn it, Grace. You could’ve counted down or something.” The relationship she had with the genie had changed over time but there were still kinks that needed to be worked out. Obviously. “My heel broke-” She explained away to the onlookers that paused. Talia had practically collapsed on the floor after Grace’s departure. “Guess I shouldn’t have gotten them on sale, huh?” Talia joked as she slipped off her heels. The pair no longer matched in length. “Any idea where I could snag another pair?” She asked the nearest person.

Keanu had heard that the attack would happen on the left side of the room. He made his way over, attempting to be casual. “Hey, not to sound crazy, but have you seen anything out of the ordinary on this side? Or in general?”

“Hey sexy! You want to dance or what?” Hayden asked with a bright smile, practically bouncing up and down on her feet as she walked up to them amongst the crowd at the one day music festival.
