Temporary Total Hiatus Announcement - LightZephyr
Well, it is not a “forever” hiatus or a “we will not be coming back” hiatus, but still…
I… we both recently got word of a certain rumor getting spread around this part of the world (as in “ten minutes prior to the start of writing this announcement post” recently), and while I am sure that Fal would agree with me that it might be for the best that it does not get revealed what said rumor is (for numerous personal reasons, as well as that it does not only concern us), he also agreed that it might be for the best to take a total breather for the time being just to try and set things straight.
I know that reading it like that will make it come over as very bad, but it sounds a lot worse than it actually is. Please do not worry; we will be perfectly fine. Having said that, this takes priority over anything else, and we want to make sure that this has been taken care of properly completely before doing anything else.
This also means that any and all activity from the two of us as Falneou17 and LightZephyr will be temporarily terminated. Competely. We, unfortunately, do not know how long it may take… it could be a day… it could be a week… it could be a month… what we know is that we feel that this needs to be taken care of, and would like to do so as quickly as possible.
We offer you our deepest apologies for this sudden announcement, as well as not being able to clearly explain why we are doing this, but we would like to ask you for your understanding and your patience.
Until that day comes, we wish everybody a very good day, and please take care of yourself and of those around you.

Dramatic Zeph is Dramatic… not like I can blame her, but that’s beside the point… anyway, while I cannot give specifics myself, either, I can give a bit more information:
The rumor specifically came from a friend of ours, claiming that he heard from a classmate that said classmate ran into someone whose description matched perfectly with someone who is dear to both Zeph and I. Not just physically but in terms of mannerisms as well.
We know how unrealistic and/or scripted this may sound, but we want to try and make sure that this person is who we hope it is. Whether it’s good or bad news, Zeph especially needs to have confirmation of either kind.
I don’t blame you if you don’t believe a word of what we are saying. To be honest, I don’t know how to feel about this, either… it just sounds too good to be true, and the idea of that person still being… I know I shouldn’t put my hopes up, but I also know that it is impossible to do that anyway so who cares, really?
Call us what you want… I’d rather be called fake and somebody who makes up things for attention than someone who would turn their back to his friend when he had the chance to finally reach them again. We are saying this and putting it out there because we believe that those who look at us deserve to know why we may suddenly disappear completely. I’m sure that those who know me and converse with me regularly know that I’m not the kind to make up these kinds of things simply for attention alone.
Friendship is a beautiful thing, and I don’t dare admit as to how often I’ve messed up already. If this rumor even has the slightest chance of being true… if there is even a fraction of a percentage chance that that person is still out there (despite what we may have believed for all this time)… then I know that I will never forgive myself if I let this slide. Please understand that this means a lot to us.
I’ll try to get back to people who contact me directly, but I hope you can understand that I may not be very fast in response time until we can confirm or deny this…
