     Ever since she can remember, the word that best suited Laxus was 'intimidating', at least in her opinion. So rarely did he smile, or laugh that she wonders if maybe it’s difficult for him.

The past between him and the guild is a rocky one, but even she knows how hard he’s worked at changing, Tenroujima showed as much, in her opinion. He was genuine, in his feelings towards the guild, even if he had a hard time showing it.

“Laxus--” her voice is a bit timid, because even though she’d been part of the guild for years, she’s never actually addressed him. “I realized I never said thank you for what you did at the Grand Magic Games-- with Flare. I know it probably doesn’t mean anything to you, but thank you for fighting for me and the others.”
