I absolutely do think it’s hilarious that SquidGame, which is probably the least subtle in its critique of how capitalism forces people to dance for their dinner as entertainment for those who are disproportionately wealthy, is being rung dry with figurines, memorabilia, etc., to the point where it’s just another thing for people to consume without any clear understanding as to why it was made in the first place.
