Looking for Something Good to Watch

I finished Chuck, and now I’m rewatching Firefly for the 5th time lol. I’m looking for something new to watch next, and I would love it to be like the Whedon shows I’ve watched in the past. Any help?

Sleepy Hollow - BACK ON BITCHES!

Penny Dreadful - ANOTHER LONG HIATUS

Person of Interest - Returning tonight (I think)

Outlander - One more episode until the mid-season finale...then it comes back next year

Game of Thrones - Hiatus until next year

Bates Motel - Hiatus until next year

Once Upon A Time - Returns next Sunday (am I still invested in this show?)

Halt and Catch Fire - I'm still on Season 1...

Arrow - SO BEHIND I HAVE NO IDEA (I think it comes back soon)

Agents of SHIELD - WAAAAAAAY BEHIND (Should be starting up again soon tho)
