The new cinematic dropped and the situation is somehow worse than I thought. Harry’s got his job cut out for him.
In other news, Ash punched Kali- any idea what the imediate aftermath would be? The whole thing looked close to an outright brawl.
Thought on Flores? Personally I love the guy. 😊

The cinematic was great, I enjoyed it a lot despite having a couple of issues in general (like having the same characters as always in the spotlight). And ooh boy, Harry made a choice that backfired rather espectacularly, didn’t it? He thought having Nitehaven there would be okay, and that tension wouldn’t reach an all time high during this extremely competitive scenario. And lemme be clear here: I totally understand Ash punchin Kali, and I think Kali had it coming 🤷 I loved that while Kali is giving her spiel about how “good reaction time and insticts can’t be bought” both Thatcher and Finka are already looking at her like they can’t believe their ears and the kind of bullshit she’s saying especially cause Kali is in her elite set, which in the Nitehaven comic she sold it as the best tech money could buy and would help her be even better, like c’mon. The all out brawl was avoided, but the operators are clearly divided. Either Harry exerts his authority and reminds Nitehaven they are under Rainbow’s authority and can’t do whatever the hell they want, or the team will get more and more fractured by this disruptive element (Nitehaven, and Kali in particular being the boss of the organization). And Harry seems as capable of exerting authority as I am capable of flying.
I’ve seen little of Flores, just the preliminary report from Gridlock. But yes, my initial impression of him is that I love him already, and that he’s going to be an interesting addition to the team! Can’t wait to read his bio in full 👀
