NO LIKE I DONT WANNA BE A HATER but truly I just don't like the theory, it's not for me and I'm really hoping they don't go that route. Like I get it so far a lot of his past has been haunting him but I fr hope they don't do that...Victor is based off Vegas Vic a literal mascot for Vegas. idk why they would suddenly want that to relate to Cooper 🥹 he already has so much interesting lore with Vault Tec atm!!!
