My grandfather planted that seed. The seed that says your health is everything. Both directly and through my father. It was planted but didn't really manifest until I was much older as with many lessons we "learn". In truth it didn't really manifest until it would be my turn to plant that seed. When I would HAVE to. When #Linkingray was going to be born. I needed to plant that seed just as my grandfather, and father did for me. And like them, in my own way. Since then it has been a focus. A passion. It has gotten me through my darkest hours. Health would become my bottle. It would become the "vice" I would seek out when the storms call. My grandfather, the general is 94 right now. His mother was 101 when she passed. I'll live up that. And Linkin will surpass that. In longevity and quality of life through health. It's not about pounds lost, it's not about abs, it's not about muscles. Those are just some byproducts. It's about life, living, memories, moments. Thanks for the rest of my life because it's going to be the best of my life dad. Right now I'll get my workout in. And I will fuel my body after with great nutrition the way you encouraged me to. And right now you will fight the way I know you will. Like I told you when I had the great pleasure of seeing you with Linkin a couple months ago.... "I love you.
