I think that because of the fact that I’ve grown up surrounded by people who don’t like spiders my natural instinct is to be like HOLY SHIT A SPIDER. But after that I’m like “Oh it’s just a spider” and then I’m the one that has to get rid of it.

but like imagine carl finding out that ian and mickey broke up after he busts out of juvie and he gets real sad and realizes how much he liked having mickey around, like he loves his siblings but mickey ~got~ him *sigh*
sandra this is so rude??? ok no but carl gets out and when he gets out the first thing he notices is that mickey isn’t around anymore. and carl’s like “ok, maybe they’re living at mickey’s like before.” but then ian comes home (and it’s obvious that he isn’t taking his meds) and mickey still isn’t around so carl finally asks fiona. and she tells him that they broke up but she doesn’t really seem upset and carl’s pissed, because yeah, carl loves his brothers, but mickey got him, mickey didn’t get mad at him for selling drugs, mickey thought he was good enough to survive. and carl ends up going to the milkovich house some days, and they talk and mickey teaches carl more about the streets and carl is the little brother mickey never had and gOD

A week ago, the brothers had planned Mandy’s birthday party and decided who had to get what. Mickey had gotten stuck with the cake, but he hadn’t been too worried about it; how hard could it be to get a fucking cake? Except Mickey had completely forgotten, and now here he was, the day before the party, standing outside a bakery that Iggy, of all people, had recommended.
i feel so conflicted because even though i am fully on the dead sal society bandwagon (sorry), all the insight into who he is/how he became that way in the last chapter was GOLD. also, the idea of sal dying actually induces more anxiety for me. because what happens after? sal could die in the next chapter AND THEN WHAT??? who's protecting the milkoviches? the real shitstorm would begin. like we should be careful what we wish for (still want him gone though...)

Sal’s the worst and while he’s the one that got them into that mess in the first place, he is the one shielding them from getting cut down. It’s a total catch-22 at this point for the Milkoviches. Do you stick to the evil you know or do you chance going out unprotected?
