Into the fire

It had been a little over a since Meg’s little bravado with the Winchesters, Castiel and Crowley, a little over a year since she’d felt that burning pain of an angel blade stabbing through her meat suit’s flesh with ease.
A little over a year on the run too, which was more Meg could’ve hoped for. She had no idea if the King knew he’d failed and simply let her be for the moment or if he really did have no idea. She’d tried to keep away from demons, but they were everywhere-- no demon enjoyed Hell after all, and she had left bodies that could possibly be traced back to her.
Something in the air around her changed and Meg’s eyes went black, waiting for the strange energy signals to reveal something that certainly did not feel good.
Hell To Pay || Jo + Crowley
Jo waited by the phone in her hotel room, desperate to hear something from someone. Sam had called her a week back to tell her something was wrong with Dean, but he had avoided going into detail. She was worried sick. Crowley hadn't answered any of her texts, something that made her angrier than ever. Jo knew she was being kept in the dark on purpose, and she was determined to find out why. All of a sudden her phone rang, a picture of Sam and Dean popping up to show her it was Sam.
"Sam! What the hell, it's been three days and you said you'd call me back in an hour." She exclaimed, gripping the phone tightly.
"Jo, De- Dean's gone." Sam choked out, sorrow and anger coloring his voice.
Jo nearly dropped the phone. "What do you mean, gone?" She demanded. The huntress listened intently as Sam told her everything from the Mark Of Cain to Crowley's involvement, to Metatron killing Dean. "And now his body is gone, right after I tried to summon Crowley." Jo could hear the anger and judgement boiling up in Sam's voice. "I'll find him and let you know what's going on." She replied, hanging up without waiting for an answer.
With shaking fingers Jo dialed Crowley's number. She knew he would be able to feel her anger by now, and if he knew what was best for everyone he would pick up his damn phone.
"But why does it always have to be you?" The blonde woman asked the solemn man sitting across from her. Dean Winchester shrugged, "Who else, Jo?" She sipped her coffee slowly, replaying the story Dean had told her. If Crowley really had suggested that Dean be the one to take on the Mark of the Cain she would be having words with him. Not that it mattered now, it was over and done with. After coffee and food they parted ways. Jo sat in a dusty hotel room, holding her phone. She debated with herself, trying to decide if she should text Crowley. Finally she mustered up the courage and hit send. 'I need to talk to you. -Jo'
Finally turning to face him, Crowley gave him a smirk. "Looked at me the wrong way," he responded. "And what about you? Here to chat with an old pal? Last I heard, this place was crawling with demons. I don't suppose you're here to do anyone else's bidding, hm?"
"You know me, not good at following orders."
He shrugged and gazed around the room, shoulders set as if waiting for an attack.
"Just making sure all is as it should be... I suppose when it comes to you that would be a yes."
Crowley stood, the walls around him cold and dark as he took the last of Carpen's life. He was an annoying little bugger of a demon, and honestly Crowley was tired of dealing with him. As he wiped the blood from his blade on the bastard's white shirt, he heard a man clear his throat, distinctly Winchester. "Dean," he murmured without turning around. "How lovely to see you again."
There was a soft snort of disdain and Dean stepped out of the shadows. Secretly he'd always wanted to do that. Very Batman. So awesome.
The Hunter tucked his hands into his pockets and gave a slight shrug. He tongue the inside of his cheek before finally speaking.
"You're setting off my bullshit meter... What did that guy do?"

Peanuts in the Park
Reianna sighed softly as sat in the park, flicking peanuts and squirrels. For the one asking to meet her, crowley had horrid timing. He was already half an hour late. This was like the time he popped her over while she was brushing her teeth, forgot what he wanted and poofed her back.
