Animator Interview: Sir Mel
Sir Mel Moss:
1. Among all Forms of Art, why did you choose Animation?
Sir Mel took interest in animation because of his fascination of Japanese and Western Animated shows. From there, he pushed through achieving his passion of becoming an animator. He soon shared his skill and passion in Animation by becoming a Professor as well.
2. Do you work alone or with a partner/group when making Animation projects.
Sir Mel works in both individually and with a small group of 3. He works as a Freelance Animator as well.
3. Animation is time consuming. Do you still have time to relax, be with your family, etc.? Yes. As Sir Mel said, being a freelance animator gives you the time to organize your schedule and work at your own pace.
4. What inspired you to pursue Animation? As Sir Mel Said, after taking interest in Japanese and Western Animation, he mostly looks up to John Lasseter of Pixar and Hayao Miyazaki from Studio Ghibli.
5. When did you start your Career in Animation? Sir Mel Started Animation from 2005 with working on 2D/3D Flash Animation.
