i don't really understand when people expect celebrities/politicians/people in power to be good people. Especially on social justice issues.
And like, I don't mean to sound all holier-than-thou on this point (I like a bunch of dumb problematic people too) but for gosh sakes just don't assume they're good.
Here's what I do: Every person in power is a colossal shitbag until they prove otherwise, ESPECIALLY celebrities and politicians. So far it hasn't proved me wrong
