A little doodle I made awhile ago for the most recent chapter of Paradorx.

Right now, you were feeling a bit impatient. You were waiting for the past 10 minutes for Kuroo because he said he'll be in the classroom in a minute because he needed to run to the bathroom. When he actually went to the bathroom he would take four minutes or less. Maybe he was cheating on you? No no, Kuroo would never do that. You loved him and you were sure that he loves you too. Or at least you thought loved you.

You walked out of the classroom and tried looking for him, but all you know is that he wasn't in the bathroom. Volleyball practice ended ages ago. But you checked there anyways just in case he forgot something. But, just as expected he wasn't there either. You tried asking people who were passing by. "Hey sorry to interrupt your conversation, But do you know where Kuroo is? I can't find him," But you'd always get the same response. "No sorry," You sighed and told them that it was okay and said your goodbyes. That was until someone did know where he was. "Sorry, but do you know where Kuroo-" "Yes Yes I do! Or I have last seen him at the back of the school outside!" Your eyes widened a bit. Outside? Why would Kuroo be outside?

just a lil taste of what’s coming up for y’all

Jasmine was incredibly nervous.  Tonight, was the night.  This was what she’s been practicing and training for, for literal months.  This was her moment.  She peaked through the curtain and her smile widened.   Hundreds of people were there.  She could feel the electrifying energy as she scanned the crowd.  Her eyes landed on a particularly tall girl, a bouquet in the hands of a baby girl with bright green eyes and blond hair.  Her heart soared as she felt her heart leaping and soaring.

“You found your girls?”  Ms. Edwards asked, coming up behind Jasmine.  She turned around quickly.  

“Ms. Edwards- “

She held her hand up and the girl quieted down.  “Perform for them tonight, alright Ms. Energy?”  Jasmine nodded, looking back into the crowd and smiling.  She mouthed a silent ‘I love you’ before breathing in and turning to her instructor. 

“Of course, Ms. Edwards.”

Ch 3 teaser

How did you escape?  

There is so much she could tell him about her time under water. The man with the fishing boat, sonar, her bleeding and broken hands, her lungs filling up with so much water that she could no longer scream. And the hate in her heart that helped her to walk on land with shaking and unsteady feet, putting one foot in front of the other until somehow she managed to not only walk but run.

One step at a time, Andromache used to say. Fighting is like a dance, you take it one step at a time.

The ocean calls to her, it sounds a lot like Andromache.
