i’ve realised that i need to set myself a deadline or my brain will just wander in the wilderness for forever and a day.

so. i am setting a tentative chapter two release date for:

PROGRESS UPDATE [26.06.26]

the good news: i’m like 70% done writing wise with chapter two! yay!

the less good news: i feel like every time i take a step forward, i take three steps back with twine.

picture this: i’m having a great time. the writing is flowing, i’ve figured out the stats, i’m not far from putting everything into twine and beginning to code. i get the sudden idea to check that everything still works on mobile because i haven’t opened sekhmet’s wrath on my phone in two years.

it doesn’t work.

then my wifi decides to have an absolute head fit and my laptop takes 85 years to do anything because of it, so i can’t even look into the mobile coding and figure it out.

i got so frustrated, i shut my laptop down and had to lap round my house a few times.

hopefully my wifi will decide to sort itself out by tomorrow and i can actually try and figure this out.

this heat is not helping, my brain feels frazzled. if anyone uses awmorgan’s (innerdemons-if) template and has fixed the mobile issue, please let me know.

been steadily chipping away at chapter two! i need to go back and add in the outfit options, but my brain is melting out of my ears and i can’t bear the idea of research and then turning that into words right now.

I finally came up with a decent Leo plot for the “before I die” series, took me a good minute 🤦‍♀️

Combing through tags of all the SITS fanart that's been made between now and the last chapter (to include as links in the author's notes) and realizing I need a better sorting system. Think I'll make an edit to like, the actual blog-blog to save croco-fics and fanart on separate pages.

Be just for me because no one actually looks at those things anymore. Tumblr effectively murdered one of the most interesting and fun customization options on their sight by making the pop-up blog thing.
