In the manga Lilith is depicted acting like a nurse to Abel. But was she a real doctor? The books never say what kind of doctor she was. She might not have known anything about medicine and was more of a director then doctor. Meaning she knows how hospitals work but didn't practice being a healer. I like to think Lilith was a psychiatrist more than a physician. I like this idea because it breaks the stereotype of the female character revealed to be a healer or doctor and it's always a physician. I also think it works with her character, understanding how people think can be a great way to figuring out what they do next. Might be how she was able to defeat the Knightlords at the France on her own.

While rewatching episode 24 of Trinity blood. I noticed this as the credits rolled by.

Lilith's last name is listed as Saar not Sahl. My Google translate has also translated her last name multiple times as Saar too. I checked thought my book and nowhere is Lillith's last name revealed. So, is Saar her real name and for the last who knows how many years fans have been calling her by the wrong name? Or is this a typo on the studios part?

I headcanon Cain and Abel are 10 years older than Seth. 23 to Seth's 13 and Lilith is 5 years older than the boys, 28. Cain's exactly one year older than his brother, who was born 12 months to the day his brother was but an hour ahead of Cain's birthday. Meaning they are a year apart but the same age.

Probablly not the main reason, but what if Lilith left the Ark and sided with humans to spite Abel the same way the biblical Lilith left the garden and joined with demons to spite Adam?

Some Lilith Headcanon!

Lilith was born in the UN Indian lad but was transferred to the UN moon baes in infancy where she spent the rest of her childhood until being sent to Mars.

Lilith was brought up to view the Knightlords as her younger siblings. Although she kept a teasing big sister demeaner with Abel and Seth. She developed a crush on Cain and sought to be his right-hand lady.

She was loved by most of the colonists for her beauty, kindness and naturing personality. But not viewed as an authority compared to the Knightlords.

There was a club devoted to shipping Cain and Lilith together. Abel hated this club and tried to shut it down but never found out who stated and ran the group. The founding member and president of the club was Lilith herself.

Although crushing on Cain she still enjoyed the attention of the other male colonists. Until Abel chased them away.

She attempted many times to set Abel up with female colonists. Going as far as teasing him by asking "don't you want to lose your virginity before your little sister?"

Lilith started emulating human culture after finding out she was a prototype, as a coping mechanism to deal with her insecurities. Her therapist suggested she emulate Indian culture since she was biologically Indian and was born in the country. Lilith practices Hinduism and doesn't eat beef.

When she was a child, she was asked what she wanted for her birthday. She said she wanted a pet tiger as a birthday gift. Then an elephant, then a peacock. She got a plush tiger from Abel, a peacock on behalf of Seth and an elephant from Cain. She kept them all, even when she returned to Earth. Although the tiger needs its head sown back on.

Lilith doesn't speak any Indian languages. She does have an Indian accent. It's considered bad by most of the Indian colonists.

Lilith has headache from her long hair. When she became a crusnik she stopped having them.

There was an inside running joke that one of her hairs could stitch up a man from ear to toe.

Lilith Headcanon.

Once it was confirmed that artificial human life could be successfully created. The Knightlords were ordered. Two males and a younger female. To encourage them to eventually breed out into the human population the three test tube babies were given the last name of Knightlord and raised together as siblings. The sole reason Lilith's name wasn't Knightlord from the beginning was because she was a prototype. The UN didn't know what to do with or wanted to waste Lilith's potential so it was decided that she would participate in the Red Mars Project with the Knightlords. She was raised to see Cain, Abel and Seth as her siblings. With changing her last name from Sahl to Knightlord to reenforce family ties even considered.

Both brothers killed for love. Abel killed for Lilith and Cain Lilith for Abel. It's sad the boys both killed for love they could never obtain!
