Finished my first week at my new job. It's a great job with great people, but I can't help but feel overwhelmed despite just starting.

I want to live up to expectation, make a splash, and give them something to say "wow" about. But I'm worried I'm moving too slowly.

Industries move fast, and I want to keep up. But with so many new systems, I feel like I should have this down on week 1.

Which is silly. I'm still learning. But I can't help being insecure. I'm out of my element, but I want this challenge. I want to impress.

Sorry for the mini self-esteem ramble. It's been a while since I've wanted something this badly. I don't want to lose what I've just gained, so I really want to step up and do great.

Maybe I'll be more stable next week. 🫠
