Alright, those minor aspects are really hard to find information on indeed, but I've kind of developed my own understanding based off the crumbs we get of those aspects. So, let's dive right in!
The semi-sextile is, in my opinion, not a minor aspect because what makes the relationship between, let's say, Aries and Taurus less meaningful or important than the relationship between Aries and Gemini, for instance? So, getting back to your question, lilith semi-sextile the ascendant can signify a constant stop and go when it comes to expernal expression of themes like sexuality, revenge and power through perhaps your clothes, hair style or anything to do with your outer appearance. You might have to make constant no win decisions about expressing these things and keeping them hidden because Lilith doesn't want to be seen, she desires to act behind the scenes and lock up whatever quality is associated with the sign it's in (for a Cancer lilith, as an example, this might show itself through a dislike or straight up discomfort surrounding nostalgia, the childhood and a love-hate relationship with your family). At the same time, though, the ascendant is all about being seen by the worls and seeing the world subjectively.
Lilith quintile the ascendant is what I'd personally lebel a minor aspect. The quintile adds change and separation as well as a strong creative flow between two celestial bodies. It might even be performative or expressive as it suggests a dynamic of creation, talent and also order. Now, with Lilith and the ascendant involved, you might like expressing your lilith freely and let it inspire your approach to life/clothing style etc. But you know when to use it and feel the heavy need to categorize it as something specific. Lilith can only come forth when xy is given. But be cautious because with minor aspects it often happens that you can turn a blind eye to them. Revenge might be hidden behind an action when you don't even notice and seduction might be a tool for attracting others into your life just for revenge or for hiding things your Lilith doesn't want you to adress. I understand the creative flow here to be an expression of your Lilith through your style or makeup. It might not be conscious but it's lingering somewhere when you brush your eyeshadow on or in the way that you intend to look. This in an expressive, perfectionistic and creative flow to your ascendant allows you to hold a lot of power that you know exactly how to express within your self-expression.
