Are you talking about the Matera rock houses?

I simply meant that those houses are kept in the same state as they were at the beginning of the 20th century, with the same tools and same furniture - nothing was added to show the passage of time. When I visited them there were even puppets dressed like the people of the time. I don’t know how to explain it better :(

In loving memory of my dear and departed friend, Dylan, who loved his longboard (& not so much so his helmet. <3); I spent my day learning to skateboard. (I know it’s not the same but it’s what I’ve got)

(and it was raining all day so I got my start in the basement)

I think he would have loved this. I really do. I think about him all the time and I would’ve given anything to have been there at the service. But I did something. And means something.

If only just to me.
