walking back into the hospital after his shift, nathan placed his larger weapon with the rest of the guards’. he loosened up his shirt and rolled up his sleeves — although it was getting cooler, sometimes the lingering heat would prove too much, even for the toughest of people. the oldest danvers made his way to the cafeteria to get something to drink, when he saw what he could’ve only explained as a ghost. the apparition had him stop in his tracks, so awkwardly so that he had made himself obvious to the girl, and he had no other choice but to address her. but what the hell would he even say? “so you’re not dead after all.” he uttered out with a nod of acknowledgement, targeting his youngest sister. | ( @lilydanvcrs )
