I'm looking for a fic I read last year. Phil is a dragon shape shifter and he collects this egg which hatched into a mermaid (dan). They fall in love and are then banished to our world. Can you tell me the link if you can x

i have tried SO HARD to find this because us mods want to read this it sounds so wild (there’s already mod fanart of this fic and we havent even found it) so does anyone know?
