i want to talk about my hypothetical mental viriking/foolishfae so youre gonna listen

See, the main plot of this world would be that White Lily has the ability to break the script on account of idk the ultimate dough or fae magic. She breaks the script a LOT in her play because she doesn't want to marry Pure Vanilla, knowing he's under a spell and wouldn't be able to understand her as a person.

Eternal Sugar takes notice of her constant script breaking now that she's got Shadow Milk on a "boring" track (he has to do atleast some actual ruling before he can go insane) and decides to "punish" White Lily by taking away her love interest and putting her through the Torture Matrix instead of Shadow Milk

Unsure of what to do with Viridescent but knowing he has to be a love interest to someone, she conveniently engages the two and postpones the whole madness thing for Shadow Milk. Their new script essentially tells Viridescent to be a golden retriever and Shadow Milk to hate and reject him, so that White Lily suffers at seeing Viridescent suffering

From there, it's now Eternal Sugar's turn to try and fight White Lily's magic to bring her fully under her control so she can like.. kill her or something

oh and also eternal sugar and white lily fall in love oops

any other main notes would be that the virtues DID happen, Shadow Milk holds the Light of Deceit & Passion; Eternal Sugar holds the Light of Truth & Sloth- sometime when Shadow Milk is killing himself or being killed, she steals half his souljam in a bid for power to make the world happy. Realizing that Shadow Milk is stubborn on this front (severely depressed), she starts focusing on him after erasing or otherwise making his memories incomplete so he doesn't remember having freewill as Good. Pure Vanilla also gets memory incomplete'd; he has no idea how he became the Faerie king but he knows he.. loves White Lily!!!! White Lily was supposed to have her memory erased to a degree when it's plot convenient, but it doesn't work on her.

4. How do you see this ship? Examples: "totally married", "besties who date sometimes for fun", "toxic exes that definitely shouldn't be 10 feet near each other".

in all honesty? toxic exes that definitely shouldn't be anywhere near each other - i do ship this btw, i love lilysugar fluff. but thinking towards their canon characters for a moment, whats likely to me is this. their dynamic is so soso fun in that they both want happiness for all cookies, but have VASTLY different ways of going about it.

lily has a tendency to hide away from people when she feels like she's run her course with them - there's a route with them in which eternal sugar convinces white lily to hide away in the garden of delights for a while... but lilys a wanderer, free-spirit at heart. sugar couldn't keep her there for too long.

we've all seen how sugar feels about people who try to leave her. and given lily's free-spirited nature, not to mention her sense of justice, i think she'd probably try to tear the garden down on her way out. it'd be a Fucking Mess and id sit back and watch with a bucket of popcorn
