Finn is a 20 year old Sophomore from Lima, Ohio. He is majoring in Sports Medicine and Sports Education and is currently involved in Choir Society, Phi Kappa Alpha, and Football.

Why did you choose Lima U? What attracted you to the school and area? What do you most hope to gain from your experiences here? I grow up here in Lima. I love the small town feel of it but with the opportunities to go to cities. I get a kick out of driving to DC for the weekend to see a great museum that is free, or save my money to see major league football, and baseball. What attracted you to the school and area? The town itself is small. The education is focused more in the students. The staff is always willing to put the extra time in if the student is also willing. What do you most hope to gain from your experiences here? I want to be a physical education teacher, or music teacher since I really enjoy both. Being more culture is important to me as well. Developing friendships and lasting memories is a plus as well.
What are your plans for the future after graduation? Do you plan on returning back to your homeland or do you wish to stay in the Ohio area? I had a teacher that inspired me to be more then what other expect of me. I love football as well as much, I know it seem like an impossible bridge but I would like to teach fitness and music both. Do you plan on returning back to your homeland or do you wish to stay in the Ohio area? I am open to both option. There are students all over the world that need a good teacher. I want to help kids that might not have everything they need.
What do you love most about Lima? What would you change about the school if you could? It is close to my parents. It has a really small town feel to it. We can still expand our minds here and not be limited. What would you change about the school if you could? I would love to see more field trips to the cities, like Philly, DC, and maybe even New York. Maybe the party atmosphere tone down a bit it can be detracting. Our football team to grow and maybe win more game.
What do you think other students should know about you? I am a nice guy very approachable. I grow up here in Lima, and if you are new here I could show you around. Also I am interested in learning new things. I try hard to be a good student and athletic sometimes that can be draining on a person. I try to have a positive outlook on life even if things don’t go my way. I find that if I hold on and step out of my comfort zone new thing will find me, and give me new direction.
