Behold! My shitty contribution to Dragon age fanart, ain’t she a beaut?
So i’m trying to draw different fashions for the different nations and peoples of Thedas and i’m trying to be aesthetically consistent so each nations fashion is instantly recognizable. Originally when I started drawing this I really had Tevinter in mind (like Seheron resort wear spring/summer collection 9:43 Dragon). But, looking at it now, i’m definitely feeling more Rivaini vibes.
I have ordered the DA:I art book, so maybe after I take a looksy at that I can get a more concert idea of the different fashions around Thedas.
Sidenote: I was planning on taking drawing lessons at my city arts centre, then the pandemic hit and derailed that plan (along with many many others). So i’m practicing and hope that one day i’ll be able to draw human limbs and proportions convincingly. But, for now, this is what i’ve got to work with.
