Cheesecake is now in the fridge and let me tell you - I went and changed it for a bit. Instead of using unseasoned cream cheese I used raspberry flavored cream cheese and instead of 2 tablespoon of hot water I used lime-lemon juice (warmed it burning hot in microwave :’D) and I should had use just plain oath cookies for example but I used cookies with thin chocolate cover. Haven’t been able to taste it yet since it needs to be in the fridge for 3 hours BUT I tasted the filling and I have to say it’s THE BEST cheesecake filling what I have ever tasted! Damn I’m glad I used that raspberry cream cheese! <3
