Happy Birthday to me! :D

Home made cake with strawberry jam filling, whipped cream “cover / topping”, green colored whipped cream decoration, mini marshmallows and kiwi pieces!

I know the green decoration looks horrible :’D All other metal heads for my extruder bag had mysteriously VANISHED except this one small one which I had to use - even that I originally didn’t want to use it since it didn’t do that kind of “print” what I had in mind.

It's 3.30am and my raspberry-lime cheesecake is finally done! :D I tried to do strawberry rose, but I need smaller and sharper knife for it.

Behold! I managed to do mica again this morning without adding kiwi pieces in it. But I remembered I had seen kiwis as decoration on the cake on Pinterest. I went to look the pic / video, found it and went for it. I’m so happy and proud of my lotus kiwis, ahah! :D They are my first ones too!

Lime-raspberry-kiwi cheesecake with silver colored chocolate balls! <3

Made new cheesecake last night <3 This time it’s lime-caramel with ‘crushed’ milk chocolate :D Gotta admit I love how it tastes lovely bitter at first because of 3 limes juice, then that sweet caramel from flavored cream cheese and then a bit more sweetness from the chocolate <3

Cheesecake is now in the fridge and let me tell you - I went and changed it for a bit. Instead of using unseasoned cream cheese I used raspberry flavored cream cheese and instead of 2 tablespoon of hot water I used lime-lemon juice (warmed it burning hot in microwave :’D) and I should had use just plain oath cookies for example but I used cookies with thin chocolate cover. Haven’t been able to taste it yet since it needs to be in the fridge for 3 hours BUT I tasted the filling and I have to say it’s THE BEST cheesecake filling what I have ever tasted! Damn I’m glad I used that raspberry cream cheese! <3
