Yooo I can't believe how many plants there are in malvaceae (mallow family) that are significant in terms of human use

Ones I already knew were in this family: mallow plant (althaea officinalis - the original marshmallow ingredient), okra, hibiscus

Ones I didn't know are in this family: cacao, limeflower, baobab, cotton...and a plant i just learned about today called kapok, which looks like it has cacao pods filled with cotton instead of cacao fat
