In this Peruvian-style dish, tender chicken breasts are marinated in a zesty mix of garlic, lime juice, and spices. They are then grilled to perfection and served with spicy mayonnaise.
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts. 6 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup lime juice. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. For spicy mayonnaise: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce, 1 teaspoon lime juice.
Instructions: Chop up the garlic and put it in a bowl. Add the olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Put the chicken breasts in the bowl, cover it, and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade. The chicken should be cooked all the way through after being grilled for 6 to 7 minutes on each side. The internal temperature should reach 165F 75C. Add the spicy mayonnaise to a small bowl and mix in the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice. Put spicy mayonnaise next to the grilled chicken. Take a bite of your Peruvian Garlic Lime Chicken with spicy mayonnaise.
