Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 1 cup black beans, cooked and drained. 1 cup cooked rice. 1 packet taco seasoning. 1 cup salsa. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1/4 cup sliced green onions. 1 lime, cut into wedges.
Instructions: In a skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium heat until cooked through. Add the taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions.
