"Fine. I'll be civil, but if you aren't a man of your word and they lay a hand on her, I promise you that your associates will find it hard to breathe without their throats."

@dismalzelenka I made this while listening to Endless Dive’s Falltime album. I have so many emotions. I don’t know if I am gonna be able to cope until Thursday.

The Escape, Part I

"Laz, find Auri."

You follow the turn of the hallway and find Lazarus bunched up around a door handle

The second guard holds your chin between their fingers, and their eyes peer at you from behind the elaborate silk and jeweled mask covering their nose and mouth, and for the first time you notice they're glowing an eerie shade of pink.

"I never escaped, I promise," she whispers. "I chose, I promised. They took me, they freed me. I tried to go back, but nobody came."

"Very good, little pet," the guard whispers. 

She shivers and calms a little. The other part of her is screaming
