It’s always nice to discover an artist that you have absolutely no idea about whose work precedes you. These sculptures are reconstructed from instructions written by the artist, Lim Leong Seng, back in 1976, a year before I was born. I love how these commonplace readymade objects are bundled and stacked on top of each other to create form and volume. And that these sculptures are never stored.
