Chest infection or cold. I'm not sure which it is but either way I have had a fever spiking all night and all day. I apparently also swallowed an interdimensional portal and have been trying to cough new matter into being. Spoiler alert, they didn't survive the event horizon. I need more #limoncellotoddies, stat!
