An ethnic dish of the Bidayuh people called “pansuh”. Basically pansuh refers to the method of cooking using bamboo. A wide range of foods can be prepared using this technique. Commonly used to cook chicken and rice. The fragrance of the bamboo adds on to the flavor of the food.
