" Born in the USSR ". Not for sale. This belt was designed and fully hand-made by me. The materials are: a strip of military fabric, hand-painted crocodile leather details, and the incredible and rare 1938 brass buckle of the Red Army Commander. Everything was hand sewn with a thread of french waxed linen LIN CÀBLÉ 532, 12 dots for an inch. It was a huge effort, but do you know why I made this belt ? Because none of the many craftsmen, to whom I proposed to create this belt, wanted to accept this work. They all told me, that it was too difficult to create a belt, as I wanted. But you know, difficulties do not scare me. That's why I always accept the work of shoe restoration , which no one else in the world wants and can do. If you have a leather project (a belt, a wallet, a watch strap or other...) and you can't find anyone who wants to realise it- please contact me. Maybe you have found the right person to make your dreams come true! A big thank you to my friend Aliona @lzvsk from @pernobile who accompanied me to an incredible flea market in Moscow and helped me find this rare buckle. #borninussr#cccp#redarmycommander#rarebeltbuckle #crocodilebelt#bespokebelt#alexandernurulaeffdesign#handmadeinitaly #sartorialtrousers#bespoketrousers #sartoriaparmelli#handsteatched #ak47 #1938#calibro50 #tokarev
