:o I've been using the app every day for over a year and it's only crashed maybe 3 times total?

WTF it crashes on me SO MUCH it’s ridiculous. Like, it just keeps full on closing and then I have to of course start the app back up again. It most frequently does this when viewing the song currently playing, and certain songs more than others. I can’t view any songs from The Joshua Tree without it closing on me.

Yeah I took my short write up there as a paraphrased version from a paper i wrote for sociological theory in grad school so I had the sources right there. But yeah, like.... again as I said in the tags, I’m more lenient if wlw who use it are, yknow, engaged in relationships with women because at least then, contextually, it makes sense to use that as an identifier.

also? the fact that femmebi equated the ‘gatekeeping’ on the same level as pedophiles and truscum? Wild, truly. Like, okay a healthy bit of gate keeping is on the same level as abusing a child. Cool.

I hope you have a really wonderful trip! kinda seems like your grandparents suck in regards to certain things, like you having a life outside of their house and farm

you’ve nailed it on the head basically. grandma has always been a control freak over everything and grandad normally is more passive but he’s being pass agro about this for whatever reason so, idk anymore but it’s happening regardless.

Hey! I just wanna say thanks for recommending Trail of Lightning months ago. I got on the list for it at my library back in August, just picked it up yesterday. I'm almost done and it's amazing! I haven't been this into a novel in ages. Good find!

So glad you’ve enjoyed it honestly my dream would be for this series to become like the next Harry Potter / Percy Jackson / Hunger Games /etc.

Speaking of Westerns, have you ever seen/heard of Longmire? Not quite sure you'd like it, but it is hands down the only show I've seen with such a high level of indigenous characters (probably about 1/3 of them). The main guy is white though. I'm not done it yet because it's like 6 seasons, but it seems ok? For a Western themed show. They address racism, especially regarding indigenous women. (1/2)

The indigenous characters do have their own lives and motivations that don't revolve around main guy, and it seems like a good amount of research went into the show regarding the indigenous presence. Idk, I've found it more watch-able than any old Western movie (and most new ones). Disclaimer: I'm not Indigenous. (2/2)

Oh, I think I’ve seen commercials for that show... Lou Diamond Phillips is in it, yeah? I remember when I was a kid I thought he was an Indigenous actor, but no, he’s a Filipino Actor who likes to play Indigenous roles. 😒

D&D ask - 6, 11, 20

Already answer 6 in Josh’s ask, but here’s 11 and 20.

11. What is your favorite edition of d&d?

I’ve only ever played 4th and 5th editions, but I probs prefer 5e because you can homebrew with it much easier than with 4e, which takes MUCH more work imo.

20. Do you like to play in big or small groups? 

As a DM I’m fine running raid parties or smaller team campaigns, but as a player I probs prefer smaller parties just because you get more time to RP in a meaningful way.
