Weeks had passed since Lincoln Albrecht, the blond young man sitting at the bar lost his wife. His life seemed to be in shambles and he didn’t have any idea how to put it back together, or if that was even something he could do. He was barely even old enough to be sitting there drinking legally and yet he was throwing them back like he’d been doing it for years. It seemed to be the only thing that was a source of comfort in his life as it was now. It wasn't the comfort he was seeking though. He yearned to feel something...anything that would make him feel alive again and that was when his bloodshot and slightly watery blue orbs landed on a woman across the bar. The way she looked at him made him feel something. It wasn’t something of great depth, in fact it was just an ache in his loins, but still it was something.
He chewed on his lip, rather boldly locking eyes with her and not breaking the contact until she got up to approach him. His heart began to race as he realized that he didn’t know a damn thing about what he was doing. He’d been with the same girl since he was 15 years old and she was the only woman he’d ever had. Those thoughts brought his eyes back to the beer in front of him that he found the bottom of with one more large gulp. That was when the petite brunette woman was there beside him. “Hello handsome. Mind if I join you?” She asked softly before slinking into the seat beside him without waiting for his answer, which in fact never came. He simply looked over to her and shrugged his shoulders and then waved down the barkeep for another refill. “This is your last, bud.” The bartender muttered as he gave Lincoln another full glass of light amber liquid.
“I have some more beer at my place.” The woman reminded the blond man as he sat there chugging his last beer of the night. Why he wanted it to end quickly was beyond him, but he had a feeling he wouldn’t be here very long. “You’re so mysterious.” The young woman muttered, standing back up beside Lincoln and rather boldly running her hand up his leg and then right over his crotch to tease him just enough to get his attention. It was obvious what she was there for and Lincoln wasn’t going to deny that he wanted it too. Of course it would become something he would regret the next morning and in a way he learned that it was something he never wanted to do again. In the moment though he shifted in his stool until he found his footing underneath him and then stood to his full height.
Even with her five inch heels Lincoln towered over the small woman who stood just shy of five feet tall barefoot. “My car is out front.” She whispered, grabbing his hand almost roughly and pulling him towards the door. There was a single step that Link thought he might fall flat on his face, but his other foot caught his long lean frame and he only stumbled slightly before correcting his steps. “I hope you’re not as drunk as I am, otherwise we’re in trouble.” He’d muttered somewhat playfully before he was pulled into the cool night air. Somehow the temperature change sobered him in the slightest and he could at least walk without stumbling over his own feet.
How he got to her house was somewhat of a blur, but Lincoln could remember walking behind that petite dark haired woman and for a moment he felt like it could have been Eleanor. Of course everything was all wrong. This woman was much shorter and her curves weren’t nearly as athletic as Elle’s had always been. The woman he loved most in the world was so beautiful to him and it was hard to get her out of his head. It wasn’t until the petite woman got Lincoln inside and her blue green eyes trailed up to his face as she pushed him back against the door did his memory of Elle fade just that little bit. The brain that would have talked him out of this all was too intoxicated and then also distracted by just how good it felt to be touched by a woman again.
It wasn’t long before the nameless woman was on her knees in front of Lincoln with his pants falling down into a pool around his ankles. He held onto the door knob as she began to pleasure him with her mouth. The well endowed blond man had never had issues with getting it up, and even as drunk as he was, this time was no different. He was too horny to think about anything else but the release that would come soon enough. Once she’d had enough of drooling all over his erection the dark haired beauty pulled Lincoln further into her apartment. If he’d been sober he might have noticed the expensive furnishings, or the photographs of a very young family with the woman he was about to sleep with being the wife in those photos. It might have been something he noticed, although with his pain, and his desire he still might not have noticed.
His jeans were left in a pile near the front door and he ended up sitting on the couch while the still clothed woman rustled around in her purse for something. When she held out a single condom a smirk crossed her devious face and she hastily began to open the wrapper. All the while Lincoln was groping at her body, hands all over her ass, hips and breasts before she leaned down to put the condom on his hard member. The blond man sat there panting with desire as she slowly backed away and began to strip her clothes from her body. There were a few stretch marks marring her still flat stomach, but he didn’t care, his body needed her in that moment.
With a lick of her lips the nameless woman climbed onto Lincoln’s lap and slid down onto his wrapped member. The sounds of pleasure filled the living room as the two worked to get off in the way that they both needed. This young woman was in a loveless marriage that she had no way out of and she spent any time she could in the arms of other men while her husband was away on work trips. Somehow the two of them needed each other and although with the efforts of their young bodies, it didn’t take long to reach each of their peaks. Their bodies were covered in a sheen of sweat as they found themselves laying on the floor, recovering from their escapades. “Should I call you a cab?” Her voice broke the soft sounds of catching their breath and Lincoln gave a nod. “Yeah, I should get home.” And like that it was over and he was getting dressed again and rushing to get out the door.
He didn’t realize how much of his intoxication had simply been that he needed to get off. His mind was much more clear as he climbed into the cab once it arrived. Regret was already setting in, because he’d always thought Eleanor would be the only woman he would ever have sex with, but here he was leaving the house of a one night stand. He felt sick to his stomach as he looked down at his hands in his lap and he noticed his wedding band was still plainly visible on his left hand. God, she’d gone after him even with a ring on. His hand slipped over his face and he tried his best to fight the tears that were welling in his eyes. The number one wish he had was that this was all a nightmare that he would wake up from and Elle would be in bed next to him again. It was the only thing he wanted, but that didn’t change the fact that she was probably dead. No one could survive that amount of blood loss. The detective’s words echoed in his head and he wished he knew why this happened and why someone would even dream of hurting his wife. He’d never known anyone that wasn’t her friend. That was exactly when he knew nothing would ever be the same again.
