the night sky sings- ecstasy.

this unending void i have created, the silver of my palms, teething and jealous, in this moonlight. ecstasy, in this shivering night.

and you face a bleeding dawn; what gentleness is lost in moonlight? 

i teased a hole into the sky last night.

peered my greedy eyes through, tasted it, felt it, rubbed stardust into my skin. 

the snakeskin dreams i leave behind are soaked in heartbreak. may i find a new armour. may i find a new absolution. i am desirous, but not hungry. with or without, i will wake to another dawn.

13. Name a book you are avoiding because you just can’t face it and the feelings it brings up: After thinking this one over for a bit I suppose I could say that I am somewhat avoiding reading this book called Where Am I Eating?– I have to read it before the fall semester starts but it’s all about where we get the food we eat & I think it’s going to talk about the negative effects of globalism… It’ll probably be great but will probably make me want to stop eating food altogether. :[
