Over the course of my Tumblr career my blog has gone from being a fandom blog to a science blog to a fandom blog again and finally to a feminist/human rights/cute animals blog and I blame Sierra and Amrita for that ultimate transition, honestly.

Can we use a fic we've started writing already or would you like authors to start a brand new fic specifically for this? (for example, i've got a fic that i've got a few thousand words of already, but haven't had a lot of motivation/inspiration to finish and this might give me the kick in the butt to actually write the whole thing).

I mean, it's up to you. Our only stipulations are that (1) if your fic involves chapters, all chapters are posted at the same time, because you can't spread your posting out, and (2) none of your fic has been posted, in part or in whole, before your post date besides teasers for your friends (sequels to previous fics are okay as long as they fit within the guidelines). So go for it if you want to!

1. What’s your summer Jam?

3. City or Country?

I love visiting the city, but to live in?  I'm an Iowa girl, country all the way.  (You can't see the stars in the city)

4. Physical book, ebook or audio book? Why?

Physical books.  They're so much more corporeal to me.  I love the smell, I love the feel, I love physically turning pages.  I love that authors can sign books (my world war z has a personal inscription from max brooks OMG as well as my signed copy of TFIOS) I JUST LOVE BOOKS

5. Is handwritten letters lame or awesome? Why do you think this?

Totally awesome.  There's so much you can say in a letter that can't be accomplished face to face.  You're pouring out your thoughts and feelings without worrying that they'll interrupt you midway or that you'll have to shorten your thoughts or be worried about a quick response.  It's almost cathartic.  Plus, taking time to write a letter, put it in an envelope, stamp it, send it, shows your love in a way many things can't.

The 100 or Sleepy Hollow

7. Who is your baby from said show?

Ichabod Crane or Bellamy Blake

8. Worst fear?

Dying alone and forgotten.

9. If you were a cat for a day what would you do with that day?

Sleep, climb things.  Get petted.  Claw people in the face.

"Watch How You Go" by Keane or when I want to get happy "Good Morning Sunshine" by Alex Day

11. Go to comfort book?

The Fault in Our Stars.  That book is the beating of my very soul.
