Honestly, I wasn’t going to watch the channel. I thought it was being over hyped but then I got curious what they posted and became attentive since late January and officially becoming a member of the cult. Then I kept up with the daily episodes when the quarantine started because I was curious to see how they’d handle the situation, they did not disappoint and stayed true to their goal and schedule and that’s when I knew that this was truly a temporary experience.
I make it a habit to not rewatch episodes to make the experience more real, but I often find myself to rewatching these episodes if they show up in the episode suggestion. I even shared the hypnoses and the viking burial episode to some people.
Deep lore or not, Unus Annus is and was a fun ride to be on and I look forward to the end. I’m the kind of person who enjoys seeing the ending of something and not get sad that it’s over because the joy is in the journey, but the ending makes it a journey worth taking.
Unus Annus helped reinforce my drive to take and make the opportunities to do things and focus on my goals. I may slip up from time to time but it’s important to remind myself that I can start back up again and this show was a good reminder.
