In this video produced from images taken by the HiRISE image on the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter spacecraft, you move gradually along the crest of a long, sinuous sand dune, with lots of ripples and other bits of potentially ice showing up as the spacecraft moves. The image is about 1 kilometer across, so you're seeing features that are smaller than a meter in size if you expand your image.
