These photos will never not wreck me.  It’s been four years - a lifetime and a blink of an eye.  

For Sean, Krystle, Lingzi, Martin, the dozens and dozens injured, and for the countless heroes that day: we were, we are, and we will always be - Boston Strong.

Today is the groundbreaking and dedication for the Krystle Campbell Peace Garden in her (and my) hometown of Medford, MA. The garden will commemorate Krystle, Martin Richard, Lingzi Lu & Sean Collier as well as have plaques symbolizing landmarks of the Boston Marathon. I only knew Krystle vicariously through classmates (she was a year ahead of me) but I know her impact on the community and Medford is an amazing city. This project is going to be beautiful.

The fact that Lingzi Lu may get her Master's in Statistics posthumously from Boston University makes me so happy.

I am not an American.

But I have become as fond of America as I am my home country and I believe in it.

Everyone involved in the investigation of the Boston bombing – the FBI, Boston police, state police, anyone who was able to provide even the smallest bit of information to authorities – all contributed to finding the suspect a mere four days after the disaster occurred.

If this man is innocent, I trust you will find proof of his innocence. Iif he is guilty, I trust you will find proof of his guilt and mete out just punishment.

Investigative organizations at every level have made quick work of this and I cannot express how relieved I am. Thank you for your work here at home.
