I agree with you mostly and I'm not trying to start an argument at all like that is literally the opposite of what I'm trying to do, but just because a novel has similarities to another novel isn't really enough to say that it's "stealing from it"? Like that's actually a very large insult to the authors of all of those novels. I understand the point of your post though, just wanted to bring this to your attention. :)

I was not trying to say it stole from it but people are saying that THG stole from BR which is not the case. The other books was probably inspired (which is a better word) by certain aspects from THG and incorporated in their books which is nothing wrong. I was not insulting the authors. I was just pointing out the fact that TLC is in fact is Dystopian although that was not even the point of my first post. My initial post was taking about YA fiction as a whole not just Dystopian genre which is why Throne of Glass fit that bill.
