[The realization that all she worked for has only caused the world's end to grow closer, Linipi wanted nothing but to be her original self; a want to be the person she was before all of This happened. Her trusted friend and laboratory expert Duansoep, created an experimental method of effectively separating Linipi's mind and body from all the harm she had endured. This process became known as MindShed, and is now a banned procedure. Before going under anesthesia, Linipi was instructed to focus her mind on all that she felt was wrong in her life. When she awoke, she was allowed to shed her skin, and with this skin, she was able to shed all of what she perceived as "wrong" - The shaved head from her previous meltdown, the rot consuming her face, the giant gaping hole left in her chest from her injuries prior, even her unidentified dysphoria. She peeled it all off from her body, but not without feeling the pain, as if ripping a scab from her whole body, leaving her Raw and in pain. The procedure did work - Linipi was like her old self again, and now had no memories of anything she had previously considered "bad". Within this blissfully ignorant state, she was promised a home just like she had before, and a life filled with nothing but peace and happiness. She accepted. It is not known what happened to the remnants of the MindShed. Rumors say that the Shed in of itself is still alive in some form, and was not in fact discarded, but collected by the leaders of 3S, also known as the Soul Star Society. 3S refuses to comment on this claim, other than saying it's just a Ly Lie.]

Mmmmm.... Ly posting.... it just feels right...

For those insterested, Ly updates -

pic was made intentionally to include a shot of Ly's chest cavity, usually it's blocked by the diamond shaped plug usually inside of their chest. I decided to increase the rot found within Ly's face, less of the skull portion is seen but you can still see the dead socket and the hole in their skull. The rot has a neat texture now that ive been experimenting with, and i ripped the stretched lobes on its right ear since like, well Ly you had gauges and im sure within the "event" that caused it to shave its head and cut its ears could have lead to them pulling their lobe apart too. im hoping to finally start writing the whole thing with Ly/Linipi, Maltha, Mari and the rest. they deserve it by now and i should write! writing is fun! maybe? idk. im simply a bit nervous to start something big. i also need a new name. I should talk about the whole thing, i havent zoned out and went Ly-Brained in so long... its so nice to just brain explode..

As the living skin of Linipi, the empress's wife, has been seen getting weaker, we reasoned it was due to a lack of bodily fluid inside of the skin. We reused the mask that we used on Linipi to begin the shedding process and developed a replacement fluid similar to Linipi's, turning the mask into a type of pump. The fluid at first started to gush from the hole in its chest area, so we made a plug to keep the skin sealed; it is made of the same material as the harness we attached before, and the empress had the wonderful idea of having a hook at the back of the plug. It took about six hours for the skin to become refilled, it was cooperative during the process and let loose a hoarse cry for it to stop to let us know when the filling was completed. The skin is now feisty as ever again, and we were able to use the hook on the plug to keep control of it better than we ever could before. It seems we truly can keep this skin living as the empress wanted, I can speak for the rest of the team that we are curious to see what will turn out of this thing.
