My last post was a casual look back at emailing in a dog-eat-dog business-to-business marketplace. I have to revise my low opinion even lower on cold, I called it Polar cold, and the three percent average response by the prospect/customer was too high per LinkedIn, a two percent response was closer to their records. I believe LinkedIn, it's worse than I thought, your way out is to spend big bucks with Linkedin a bunch, check out their rates, and the special classes, this is for cliques of large corporations managers selecting the next best prospective employee trained to work endlessly. Using the same system to use personal info on the buyer/manager/ owner to make their own email opened rather than deleted. Really, the very best would bring your efforts to a maybe one in twenty, remember that your text has to be the bests ever. Your prospects probably get fifty to two hundred emails a day and can be overwhelmed, easily a chance at an inside straight odds for sure, why would you continue on this cold email track. Your chance of success is the same as scammers, we need a better way, please follow my blog and leave comments. More to come.
